Our why

At the heart of OLOA is a legacy of love and service. Founded in 2022 by Bill Peace and his late wife, Ruta, OLOA was born from their shared belief that Pasefika youth and families deserve every opportunity to thrive. Guided by the principle of Agape love, pure, intentional, and selfless their vision continues to shape our purpose. It’s why we show up every day: to walk alongside our communities with care, humility, and a deep commitment to lasting impact.

Our Purpose

We exist to build a “basket of knowledge” for Pasefika youth and families, through knowledge sharing and support.

Our Vision

Prosperous Pasefika Youth and Families in Aotearoa. Ola le Ola Aotearoa has a giant heart and huge ambition to provide services to Pasefika youth and families.

Our Mission

To support youth and families to independence, through interdependence.

We recognise the interconnected nature of our initiatives and will leverage the existing resilience within the Pasefika community.

Our Values

A.G.A.P.E. the unconditional love for individuals, families, and our community.

Alignment – with our partners to create the whole. It is through collaboration, relationships, and long-term sustainable partnerships that we will be strongest.
